1. Parties
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products (the “Products”) by you (the “Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) from Pipe Golf, located at [insert legal entity/address], via the website https://www.pipegolf.com (“Website”). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering any Product from the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not place an order.
3. Products
All Products sold through the Website are offered subject to availability and confirmation of your order. Pipe Golf reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
4. Payment & Order Processing
Payment must be provided by you at the time you place your order via the options made available on the Website. Once payment is received and your order is confirmed, the Products will be shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy (if any). The Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, import/export duties, and taxes, unless otherwise specified.
5. “All Sales Final” / No Refunds
All sales of Products are final. Once you place your order and payment is accepted, you may not return the Product for a refund. Pipe Golf does not issue refunds.

6. Product Variability and Tolerances
Each Pipe Golf Product is manufactured to meet high quality standards. However, due to normal variations in the manufacturing process, minor differences in alignment, finish, or appearance may occur between units. Such variations are considered normal and are not defects.
These tolerances do not affect the functionality or performance of the Product in any material way. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that minor manufacturing variances are inherent to the production process and do not constitute grounds for replacement, return, or refund.
7. Use at Your Own Risk; Release of Liability
7.1 Intended Use & Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that the Product is to be used for its intended purpose (e.g., golf training aid) and that you assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to physical injury, damage to equipment (e.g., golf clubs), damage to property, or any other harm.
7.2 Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and agree to hold harmless Pipe Golf, its affiliates, agents, representatives, models, contractors, licensors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your use, misuse, or inability to use the Product;
- your deviation from the intended use, or use by persons for whom the Product was not intended;
- damage to your equipment (including but not limited to golf clubs), personal injury, property damage, or any other loss you may incur in connection with the Product;
- your reliance on any instructions, representations, or materials provided by Pipe Golf or third parties;
- any other cause, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
7.3 No Warranty & “AS IS”
The Product is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Pipe Golf makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any guarantee of results. You assume full responsibility for selecting, installing, using, and maintaining the Product.
7.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Released Parties to you for any claim arising under or relating to these Terms or the purchase of a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. Under no circumstances shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or equipment, or interruption of business) even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Intended Users / Eligibility
The Product is intended for use by persons capable of safely using golf-training equipment. If you are under the age of 18, pregnant, have a medical condition, or are otherwise uncertain about your ability to use the Product safely, you should consult with a qualified professional before purchase and use. You agree not to permit anyone who should not be using the Product (by reason of age, physical condition, or lack of supervision) to use it, and you assume full responsibility if you do so.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, and product designs of Pipe Golf are owned by Pipe Golf or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any of those marks or materials.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Minnesota] without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and Pipe Golf agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Insert County and State] for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products.
11. Severability & Waiver

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any order confirmation, contain the entire agreement between you and Pipe Golf relating to your purchase of the Product and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
13. Changes
Pipe Golf reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on the Website. Your continued purchase after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
